Saba.
If you can see that little person in the water, that's me. :P
Smallest commercial airport.
Saba is a little island... one hour boat ride from St. Maartin.
I've been there twice. The first time, I took a tour and went driving around the island, then they took us to some old churches and historical buildings. After that, they took us to where the mountain trail starts. It was either 9,000 feet up or 9,000 steps, but I don't remember... but I did make an attempt to getting to the top, because I've heard it's amazing. It's like a huge volcano! I got about 3/4 of the way up. The clouds were at eye level, it was awesome.
Unfortunately, we had a time limit.. If we weren't back in time, no lunch...and everyone I was with was starving. We ran up those stairs as fast as we could, almost made it, and just had to run back down. It sucked, but it was still fun. :)
The second time I was there, was just a few weeks ago.
We took The Edge (Ferry Boat, Day Trips) and went out there.
Then got on another boat and went diving. Saba has spectacular scuba diving. The first dive I saw more creatures than the rest of my week in St. Maartin. It was crazy! I saw stingrays, lobsters, a turtle, a shark, cowfish, and lots of other things.

Porcupine fish.
Me and my sister, and a turtle.

Queen Angelfish.
There was this weird discolored sand that was new to me. It's like orange, yellow, brownish, and it's hot. You put your hand in that sand, and it was warm. I wanted to sit there for 20 minutes! It has to do with the the volcano, I don't really remember what the dive master said, but the volcanic stuff made the sand hot.
A few other pictures I had from Saba:
Saba Deep - who we dove with.
Bella - Saba Deep's dog.
